Level 3 Teaching Assistant - Reed : Job Details

We are seeking a motivated and skilled Primary HLTA to join our dynamic team at a vibrant school in King's Lynn. This role is perfect for a dedicated professional who is adept at managing both pupil interventions and covering staff absences, including PPA (Planning, Preparation, and Assessment) time.

• Deliver targeted interventions to pupils who require additional support in specific areas of the curriculum.
• Cover classes during teacher absences, ensuring continuity of education and managing classroom activities.
• Assist in the planning and preparation of lessons when working alongside teachers during PPA times.
• Support the assessment of pupil progress and contribute to the preparation of reports and parent meetings.
• Foster a positive learning environment, addressing any individual student needs and promoting educational inclusion.
• Collaborate with teaching staff and contribute to the development of educational programs and strategies.

• Level 3 TA Qualification or Above
• Experience in a primary school setting, with a strong understanding of the primary curriculum.
• Ability to manage classes independently and provide educational support across a range of subjects.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of engaging and inspiring students.
• Proven ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• Flexibility to adapt to varying workloads and school needs.
