Key Responsibilities:Support pupils with ASD, ADHD, and complex needs in a nurturing, structured environmentProvide personal care when requiredWork closely with class teachers and the SENCO to deliver tailored interventionsFoster a safe, supportive, and stimulating setting to help children thrivePromote positive behaviour and engagement through patience and consistency?
