Requirements:

• A Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification.
• Previous experience supporting children with SEND in a primary school setting.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• A caring, resilient, and proactive approach to supporting pupils’ needs.

The Role:

• Provide tailored support to children with a range of SEND needs, helping them to access the curriculum and reach their potential.
• Work closely with the class teacher and SENCo to deliver individualised learning and interventions.
• Foster a positive, inclusive learning environment that supports both academic and personal development.
• Promote independence, confidence, and wellbeing in every child you support.
