Level 3 Nursery Teaching Assistant – Standlake, Vale of White Horse | Full Time | Sept 2025 Start

We are working with a warm and well-regarded nursery school in Standlake who are seeking a Level 3 Qualified Nursery Practitioner to join their team on a full-time, permanent basis from September 2025.

This is a lovely opportunity to join a nurturing, community-focused setting with a strong reputation for supporting children’s early development in a calm and caring environment.

The Role:

• Position: Nursery Practitioner (Level 3)
• Start: September 2025
• Contract: Permanent
• Hours: Full time, Monday to Friday (8:30 start, finish from 3:30 to 5:15)
• Pay: £13–£16 per hour (depending on experience)

Candidate Requirements:

• Hold a Level 3 Early Years or Childcare qualification recognised by the DfE (essential)
• Have previous experience working in a nursery or early years setting
• A kind, professional and proactive approach
• Confident in supporting children’s learning, development and well-being
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
