A welcoming and well-established nursery in Luton is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Level 3 Nursery Assistant to join their early years team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a qualified childcare professional who is passionate about supporting young children's development in a caring and stimulating environment.

• Support the day-to-day running of the nursery in accordance with the EYFS framework

• Deliver engaging, age-appropriate learning activities to support children's development

• Ensure a safe, nurturing, and inclusive environment for all children

• Observe, assess, and record children's progress, working closely with the team and parents

• Promote positive behaviour and help children build social and communication skills

• Maintain high standards of hygiene and health and safety throughout the setting

• A Level 3 qualification in Childcare/Early Years Education (e.g. CACHE, NVQ, or equivalent)

• Previous experience in a nursery or early years setting

• Good knowledge of the EYFS and safeguarding practices

• Strong communication and teamwork abilities

• A caring, patient, and proactive approach to supporting young children

• A valid DBS check (or willingness to apply for one)
