Level 3 French Nursery Assistant - Reed : Job Details

• Location: Ealing, London
• Job Type: Role is to start from September, Permanent, Full-time
• Working Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:30am - 4pm (Wednesday 8:30am - 1pm)

We are seeking a dedicated Level 3 Nursery Nurse to join our vibrant team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about early years education and fluent in French, as we provide a bilingual learning environment for our children. A French mother tongue is highly desirable for this role.

• Provide high-quality care and education to children aged 0-6 years.
• Plan and deliver engaging activities that promote learning and development, in both English and French.
• Observe, assess, and record each child’s progress, sharing outcomes with parents and colleagues.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and stimulating environment for the children.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues to create a warm and inclusive atmosphere.
• Attend staff meetings and contribute to the continuous improvement of our nursery provision.
• Support children’s language acquisition and cultural understanding through immersive French and English experiences.

• Minimum Level 3 qualification in Childcare.
• Fluency in French; bilingual in French and English is highly preferred.
• Experience working in an early years setting.
• Knowledge of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) and child development.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work as part of a team and build relationships with children, parents, and staff.
