These schools are passionate about creating inclusive learning environments and are looking for individuals who can make a real difference in the classroom. Your new roleAs a Level 2 Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with teachers to support pupils' learning and development. Your role may involve working with small groups, providing one-to-one support, assisting with classroom activities, and helping to manage behaviour. You'll play a key part in creating a positive and engaging learning environment for all students. What you'll need to succeed

• A recognised Level 2 Teaching Assistant qualification (or equivalent)
• Recent experience working in a school or educational setting
• A caring, patient, and proactive approach to supporting children
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• An enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to obtain one)
