Lettings Negotiator / Trainee - Property Personnel : Job Details

Our client is currently recruiting for an ambitious Lettings Negotiator to join their highly successful Chelsea lettings team! Based in the centre of this exclusive London neighbourhood, you will enjoy dealing with an eclectic mix of clients and customers in this vibrant area. You'll standout from the crowd, thrive on success and relish working in a competitive, professional environment.

Personal specification:

• At least 1 years’ experience within residential lettings would be preferred, however, our client may be willing to consider a superb trainee with transferable skills• Confident dealing with people• Be approachable, helpful and project positivity!• Take pride in your work• Enjoy making a positive contribution to office life independently and as part of the team• Exceptional attention to detail• Thrive on working at and delivering consistently high standards under pressure• Full UK driving licence.

The package for this role will include a basic salary plus on target earnings set to be in the region of an attractive £40,000 to £60,000.
