As a Lettings Negotiator, you’ll be the vital link between landlords and tenants, representing the Chestertons brand with confidence, integrity, and energy.Key Responsibilities
- Registering and qualifying applicants, matching them with ideal properties
- Arranging and conducting viewings with professionalism and enthusiasm
- Delivering world-class service to both landlords and tenants
- Negotiating offers and managing the lettings process from start to finish
- Achieving and exceeding personal and office targets with confidence and drive
