Lettings Negotiator - Newstaff Employment : Job Details

Newstaff Employment Services is recruiting for an experienced Lettings Negotiator to join a successful independant estate agency based in Beaconsfield.

The Candidate:

• Ideally you must have at least a year's lettings experience gained in an estate agency.
• A level 3 qualification in lettings or property management is ideal
• Must have strong verbal and written communication 
• Excellent customer service and good negotiating skills
• Team player

The Role:

• Liaising with tenants and conducting viewings
• Vetting applicants, referencing and all general admin
• Advising clients and managing the relationship between landlords and tenants
• Maintaining market knowledge
• Building a portfolio of properties and applicants

Must have a full UK driving licence and be able to commute easily to Beaconsfield, Bucks.

Monday to Friday 9 am to 6 pm and every other Saturday (with a day off in lieu for each Saturday worked)

Basic salary + OTE £30,000 pa to £35,000 pa + Benefits
