Lettings Negotiator - Property Personnel : Job Details

We currently have a superb opportunity available for an experienced Lettings Negotiator to join a highly successful independent estate agency based in Beaconsfield, Buckinghamshire.

Personal attributes:

• Experience within residential lettings
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• First-class customer service skills
• ARLA/NFoPP qualifications would be beneficial
• Be confident and well presented
• Ambitious and self-motivated
• Work well in a team as well as independently
• Good knowledge of the Microsoft packages
• Must have a full UK driving licence and own car.

In return, our client is offering a basic salary plus on target earnings of £30,000 to £34,000. Benefits include holiday allowance, pension scheme, free parking, incentives, development and training and more! Our client also offers excellent scope for progression.

Working hours are Monday to Friday 9am to 6pm and you will be required to work 1 in 4 Saturdays 9am to 4.30pm. A lieu day is offered on the Friday when you work a Saturday.
