We are delighted to be working with our client who are based in Clifton, Bristol. We are on the look out to find a Lettings Negotiator for our client, who are an independent agent with a large share of the rental market in Bristol.

Job Description:In this role, you will be supported to become a successful Lettings Negotiator. Working closely with the experienced team, you will learn the ins and outs of the property market, develop valuable negotiation skills, and provide exceptional service to our clients. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a passion for property to kickstart their career in the industry.

Lettigns Negotiator Key Responsibilities :

• Assisting senior negotiators with property viewings and client meetings.
• Learning to negotiate and finalise tenancy agreements.
• Conducting market research and staying updated on industry trends.
• Building and maintaining relationships with landlords, tenants, and other stakeholders.
• Supporting administrative tasks and ensuring smooth operations within the department.

Lettigns Negotiator Key Requirements:

• Strong interpersonal skills and a positive attitude.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to work well in a team and independently.
• Genuine interest in the property industry and eagerness to learn.
• Prior experience in customer service or sales roles is advantageous.
