This role is ideal for individuals who want to make a real impact in one of London’s most dynamic property markets.Key ResponsibilitiesAs a Lettings Negotiator, you will play a key role in connecting landlords with prospective tenants, ensuring a smooth and successful lettings process from start to finish.Your main responsibilities will include:
  • Client Registration & Viewings: Register applicant interest, arrange viewings, and match tenants with the right properties efficiently and professionally
  • Customer Service Excellence: Provide a high standard of service to both landlords and applicants, maintaining strong relationships and a reputation for reliability
  • Tailored Support: Understand and manage applicants’ needs with attention and care, ensuring a personalised and seamless experience
  • Offer Management: Handle the offer process from negotiation through to agreement, ensuring the best outcomes for all parties involved
  • Performance & Results: Work proactively to meet and exceed targets, with a focus on delivering results in a competitive, fast-moving market
