Our client, a long-standing and trusted name in the local property market, is seeking an experienced Lettings Manager to join their well-respected independent agency in Hampstead.

Working Hours for the Lettings Account Manager:

• Monday to Friday.
• Alternative Saturdays

Salary/Package for the successful Lettings Manager:

• Competitive basic salary up to £35,000.
• OTE between £55,000 - £75,000.
• Car allowance
• Car parking space
• An established agent

Responsibilities for the role of a Lettings Manager:

• Help to continue to grow the market share of the business
• Maximise the revenue for the Lettings division.
• Achieve and exceed targets set.
• Build excellent relationship with clients to generate new and repeat business.
• Establish and maintain the leading market share in the local area

Requirements for the role of a Lettings Manager :

• Previous experience as a Lettings Manager or a Senior Lettings Negotiator.
• A proven track record of winning new business.
• Extremely personable and can build repour easily and quickly.
• The ability to lead and motivate a team.
• A full UK driving licence.
