- Ensuring 100% compliance with regulatory standards

- Promoting investment and upgrading works
- Managing day to day maintenance and raising work orders
- Effective end to end management throughout the duration of the tenancy

- Detailed client information collection and due diligence including money laundering verification
- Detailed and objective client reporting following regular property inspections
- Efficient and detailed processing of any maintenance requests and contractor invoices
- Effective administration of all checkouts, deposit deductions/releases, tenant swaps, early exits and ownership changes
- Effective handling of utility notifications and the accurate processing of void period costs

- Promptly establish contact and develop an understanding of all new clients and their assets to facilitate an efficient handover from the Branch Manager/New Business Portfolio Manager.
- Exceed the expectations of your clients in terms of both customer service and asset performance.
- Uphold the highest levels of integrity by being objective, open and honest in all of our dealings while always respecting the confidentiality of our clients.
- Be proactive in your approach to resolving issues and ensure they are dealt with quickly and effectively.
Profile
- Driving licence
- ARLA or equivalent
- Minimum of 2 years' experience of property management
- Detailed knowledge of Edinburgh Lettings market
- Proficient in the use of IT systems including MS Word, Excel & Outlook
- Experience in the management of client relationships
Desirable
- Previous management of a residential property portfolio under a portfolio management structure
- The ability to analyse the performance of residential assets and produce investment appraisals
