Lettings Manager -Award-Winning Estate Agency??Location: Thatcham??Full Time | Permanent??Basic Salary: £31,200 -£39,200 | OTE: £60,000+??Monday to Friday, 08:45am-6:00pm | Alternate Saturdays, 10:00am-3:00pm

• Drive market share to be the leading agent in the area

• Grow the property register and act as the primary instruction taker

• Build strong, long-term client relationships to drive repeat business and referrals

• Lead and inspire your team to meet and exceed targets

• Conduct regular 1:1s, performance reviews, and daily team briefings

• Create and implement action plans to deliver business growth

• Proven Estate Agency experience, ideally with a track record in lettings

• Results-focused with strong leadership and team management skills

• Proactive, with innovative ideas for increasing market presence

• Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle (insured for business use)

• Legal right to work in the UK
