Key Requirements:
- 5 years as a Letting Manager in Central London
- Experience managing a large team
- Management of a large portfolio of properties
- Experience managing overseas landlords
- Previous experience as a Negotiator, Property Manager, Client Account (preferred)
- ARLA Level 3 certification
- Proven track record in a rapidly growing residential lettings business at a senior level
