Lettings Client Accountant - Campions : Job Details

Chestertons Estate AgencyLettings Client AccountantLocation: Hyde Park (Hybrid working once probation period has been passed)Hours: Monday to Friday 40 hours per week Salary: £30,000 Chestertons are looking for a highly motivated Lettings Client Accountant to join our busy residential lettings support team based in our Hyde Park office.You will report to our Head of Client Accounts & Client Accounts ManagerResponsibilities include:

• Processing deposit releases and handling deposit release related queries
• Processing payment runs
• Reconciliation of deposit registration account
• Providing support and liaising with to other internal departments, landlords and tenants
• Investigating queries then taking relevant action
• Assisting Client Accountants in their day-to-day roles
• Ensuring all tasks are performed in a timely and accurate manner in line with the department standards
