• Annual Salary: £22,000 - £32,000 basic, with OTE exceeding £65,000

• Lead daily meetings with the Lettings team to drive performance and achieve KPIs.
• Coach and develop team members, fostering a culture of growth and excellence.
• Focus on generating new and repeat business through effective relationship management with landlords and tenants.
• Arrange and conduct property viewings, negotiate offers, and agree on new tenancies.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory standards and maintain a risk-averse business environment.

• Full UK Driving Licence for a manual vehicle.
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in residential lettings at a Senior Negotiator level or higher.
• Proven ability to lead and motivate a team, with a strong focus on achieving business goals.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to build trusting relationships.
• Strong understanding of current legislation related to Residential Lettings.
• Ability to manage high volume workloads and prioritize effectively.
• Outstanding customer service skills, with a strong attention to detail.

• Competitive basic salary with uncapped commission, ensuring complete on-target earnings exceeding £65,000 per year.
