Leisure/Health Club Manager, near Oban Scotland £30kSet in the idyllic Scottish highlands, this 5* hotel has an on-site leisure facility consisting of a heated swimming pool, sauna, steam room, spa pool, and fully equipped air-conditioned gymnasium.As the Leisure/Health Club Manager, you will* Manage the day to day operations * Train and manage the team enabling them to provide the highest levels of customer service to guests* Oversee and manage the cleanliness of all leisure facilities including pool testing* Manage and assist in maintaining the cleanliness of all leisure facilitiesAs our ideal candidate, you will be* Experienced as a Leisure/Health Club Manager ideally within a 4/5* hotel environment* A strong manager - able to lead and develop a team as well as hands on in all areas* Excellent at communication and adapt at building a rapport with colleagues and guests* Professional and organised with a friendly approach and be able to anticipate guests needs * Lifeguard trained (desirable)Interested?
