As part of their ongoing investment in staff training and development, they are seeking an experienced Legal Trainer to join on a part-time permanent basis.The RoleThe Legal Trainer will play a key role in supporting the firm’s continued professional development by designing, delivering, and evaluating training programmes for our solicitors, trainees, and support staff. The role will focus on both technical legal training and skills development, ensuring the team remains up to date with best practice and regulatory requirements.Key Responsibilities

• Designing and delivering engaging, high-quality training sessions across a range of legal practice areas.
• Supporting induction and ongoing training for new and existing staff.
• Keeping abreast of legal and regulatory changes and ensuring staff remain compliant.
• Developing training materials, workshops, and resources tailored to the needs of the firm.
• Evaluating training effectiveness and identifying future training needs.

About You

• Qualified solicitor, barrister, or legal executive with a strong track record in practice and/or legal education.
• Experience in designing and delivering legal training (in-house or external).
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to adapt training to suit different levels of knowledge and experience.
• Proactive, organised, and committed to continuous professional development.
