The legal market has shown no signs of slowing for the past few years despite alot of markets struggling.

This means you are coming into a market in which people are consistently taking £4k a month commission home on top of their basic.

What we need from you:

We aren't asking for the world here, we have placed people from industries such as sales, retail, hospitality, customer service and sport amongst others.

You must have:

• A growth mindset
• Good energy
• A determination to be successful
• A "can do" attitude
• A track record of success in a commercial environment or position of responsibility

What you'll be doing:

• Building strong business relationships with clients
• Using sales techniques to build a pipeline of vacancies
• Using the phone, email and social media to build a reputation in your market
• Writing job advertisements
• Sourcing the best candidates in the market for your vacancies
