This role offers a fantastic opportunity for a proactive and detail-oriented individual to support fee earners and contribute to the smooth running of property transactions.
Day-to-day of the role:
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to fee earners.
- Open new client matters and manage case documentation.
- Conduct property searches and liaise with third parties.
- Keep clients updated throughout the transaction process.
- Handle general administrative duties to ensure the department runs efficiently.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Legal Secretary, ideally within residential conveyancing.
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Proficiency in legal case management systems and Microsoft Office.
