Legal Secretary – Corporate & Commercial Are you an experienced Legal Secretary or administrative professional with a keen interest in corporate and commercial law? This is your opportunity to join a respected and growing law firm offering a supportive and flexible work environment.

What You’ll Do:Join a busy Corporate & Commercial team, where you’ll play a key role in providing high-quality secretarial and administrative support to fee earners. Responsibilities include:

• Preparing legal documents, correspondence and emails from dictation or draft
• Client onboarding and file opening
• Diary and calendar management, including scheduling meetings and appointments
• Handling client calls and correspondence with professionalism
• Formatting and editing legal documents, including cross-referencing
• Invoicing and liaising with the accounts team on billing matters
• Managing digital filing, archiving and case records

What We’re Looking For:We’re seeking a proactive, detail-oriented Legal Secretary with:

• Previous legal secretarial experience (corporate law preferred, but not essential)
• Strong typing and digital dictation skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Experience with case management systems or CRM software (desirable)
• Excellent communication, organisation and time management skills
• A professional, client-focused approach and team spirit
