- Providing secretarial support across various legal departments (including Corporate, Property, Litigation, and Private Client)
- Managing diaries, arranging meetings, and organising travel
- Audio and copy typing of legal correspondence and documents
- Liaising with clients by phone, email, and in person
- File management, including opening, closing, and archiving
- Supporting fee earners with day-to-day administrative tasks
- Handling incoming and outgoing post and document production
- Ensuring a high standard of client care at all times
