Job Title: Legal Secretary - Property Litigation
Location: London (Hybrid - 3 days office / 2 days remote)

About the Role:
We are working in partnership with a highly regarded law firm seeking an experienced Legal Secretary to join their friendly Property Litigation department. This is a fantastic opportunity for a professional with a solid background in litigation support to become part of a dynamic and supportive team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Providing high-level secretarial and administrative support to fee earners in the Property Litigation team
- Digital dictation and accurate audio typing
- File opening and closing, including conducting KYC and AML checks
- Preparing, organising, and managing trial bundles
- Diary management, arranging meetings, and managing incoming communications
- Liaising with clients, courts, and third parties professionally and efficiently
- Using the firm’s case management system (DPS) to manage files and correspondence
Key Requirements:
- A minimum of 4-5 years of experience as a Legal Secretary within a Property Litigation department
- Strong working knowledge of DPS case management software and digital dictation systems
- Familiarity with legal procedures including KYC, file management, and trial preparation
- Excellent communication, organisational, and time management skills
- Ability to handle a busy workload with accuracy and professionalism
- Comfortable working independently as well as part of a team
Working Pattern:
- This is a hybrid role, offering flexibility with three days in the office and two days working from home.
