Legal PA - Property Law - Strictly Recruitment : Job Details

An exciting opportunity has come up for a Legal PA with Property experience (Resi or Commercial), to join a modern and well established Law firm in a prime location in the West End.

This role is a 12 month FTC maternity cover however the firm have stressed that the PA would be able to apply to permanent roles within the business towards the end of the contract as they like to retain their contract staff!

Supporting fee earners, you'd be required to;

• Manage diaries and travel plans
• Coordinate meetings
• Update databases
• Produce correspondence
• Assist with billing
• Process property related legal forms and run searches if necessary
• Assist with organising conferences and events
• Liaise with clients on a daily basis
• Book client lunches and other activities

We're looking to speak to Legal Secretaries / Legal PAs who have specifically worked within Property/Real Estate Law (Residential or Commercial).

Hybrid working: 4 days in 1 from home
