What' You'll be Doing

This is very much a Secretary / PA role, suitable for an experienced "career secretary" and would not be suitable for a Paralegal.

The role will involve:

• Supporting three fee earners in the Corporate/Commercial Department with administration and secretarial duties
• Assisting with/running a learning management project for external  clients
• Liaising with clients in person, by telephone and by email
• Audio and copy typing of correspondence and legal documents 
• Diary management
• Scanning of documents onto a legal case management system
• Prioritising a busy workload

Who We're Looking For

Suitable candidates will have

• Previous, up to date experience as a Legal Secretary/Administrator 
• Previous experience of working for an SRA-regulated law firm
• Experience of using a legal case management system 
• Proficiency in Word, Excel and Outlook
• Good audio and copy typing skills
• Good organisational skills and attention to detail
• Knowledge of legal compliance relating to SRA regulations

This is a full-time permanent job which is office based, working 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday (35 hours per week)
