LEGAL PA - Rachel Clark Legal Recruitment : Job Details

Hours: full time, hybrid

A rare opportunity to join a top, international Law Firm as a Legal PA. Based in their superb, modern, central Birmingham office, you will be working as part of a team to provide comprehensive support to Fee Earners.

Daily Duties

• Preparing correspondence, drafting, and amending documentation
• Arranging appointments and managing several diaries, planning events, proactively thinking ahead for the team
• Booking travel and accommodation
• Client care, developing relationships with external and internal stakeholders
• Assisting with marketing and events
• Attending meetings and taking minutes
• File opening and onboarding of Clients
• Processing expenses and billing matters for the team.

Required Skills

• Previous experience as a PA within a legal or professional services background is essential
• Previous experience within property is desirable
• Excellent organisational skills.
