Are you an experienced Residential Property Legal PA/Secretary looking for your next challenge?

A London law firm is seeking a talented individual to work closely with a Partner in their busy property department — specialising in complex cases.

This is no ordinary PA role. You’ll be the Partner’s right-hand support, combining classic PA duties with hands-on involvement in active property files. If you enjoy variety, responsibility, and direct client interaction, this could be your perfect next move.

What you’ll be doing:

• Managing busy diaries and schedules
• Opening and closing client files
• Updating clients on file progress and key milestones

What we’re looking for:

• Proven Legal PA/Secretary experience in residential property (essential)
• First-class communication and interpersonal skills
• Confident with IT systems and case management software
