Are you eager to join a growing, global firm in Glasgow?We are looking to speak to experienced Legal PAs with Real Estate knowledge, who are looking for a new, fast-paced role in Glasgow. Joining an established and busy team, you will be supporting fee earners daily with a variety of real estate transactions, providing administrative and diary management support. Ideally, you will have worked within a legal or professional services environment, managing a large but varied workload daily. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a highly established, global firm in the heart of Glasgow!This is a full-time, permanent role, working core business hours Monday – Friday. The role will follow a hybrid working model and will have a salary available up to £30,000 p/a + depending on experience. Are you who we are looking for?
- You have strong Legal PA experience, within a Real Estate team (Desired) or within a comparable environment
- You are a confident communicator with excellent written and verbal communication skills
- You have exception client service experience and enjoy building strong relationships
- You are detail focussed, and have experience working within a fast-paced environment
- You enjoy working individually and within a wider team environment
- You are competent in the use of Microsoft Office Packages
- You can work flexibly to meet the needs of clients
- You enjoy working towards and exceeding expectations and goals
What is the day to day like?
- Providing quality, proactive and experienced PA support to a busy team of partners and fee earners
- Working with all finance teams to proactively support fee earners financial performance, covering client billing, reports, managing matter balances and working capital
- Assisting BD team with organising and attending core team and relationship meetings, events and assisting with client reports when required
- Completing all matter management processes, opening files, preparing letters of engagement and liaising with various teams when required
- Completing all conflict checks and client due diligence processes, following firm practice and protocols
- Providing comprehensive diary management including forward planning, travel and meeting arrangements resolving any clashes when required
- Ensuring all meeting requirements are anticipated including meeting packs, itineraries, room and hospitality resource
- Utilising internal systems, ensuring all information is uploaded and is accurate
- Completing all administrative tasks when required, delegating to wider teams
- Adhering to all risk and compliance policies and procedures daily
