Legal PA - Law Support : Job Details

A top tier global law firm in the city have asked us to find them a Legal PA to join their Corporate practice area in London on a permanent basis.

This exciting Legal PA role will see you working alongside a team of likeminded PA’s, supporting up to Senior Partner level within the firms busy and highly regarded Corporate team. This is a true PA role, consisting of complex diary management, booking travel, arranging visa’s, and supporting on a range of other PA duties. You’ll be an integral part of the team, supporting the more junior members of the team.

The perfect Legal PA will have extensive diary management experience and knowledge of working with complex multi-time zone diaries. You will be highly organized and have excellent people skills. You’ll be a highly proficient typer with advanced knowledge of both Microsoft and legal software.
