Legal PA - M&A Private Equity

Hybrid - 3 in 2 home!

We are assisting a global Law firm, with elite offices in the City of London, to hire a Legal PA to support a new Partner who has joined their M&A Private Equity team!

This is an exciting role where you'll provide seamless support to this Partner and a couple of other fee earners in the team with:

• Diary and calendar management
• Coordination of global travel and visas
• Client correspondence
• Billing
• Expense management
• BD/client activities
• Book lunches, restaurants etc.
• General admin support tasks

Requirements:

• Existing Legal PA experience from a top Law firm
• Good billing skills
• Excellent organisational skills and high attention to detail
