Legal Finance BillerLondon£27,000 - £35,000Are you a seasoned legal Finance Biller in London seeking an exciting opportunity to thrive in a dynamic and prestigious environment? I am working with a leading Legal 500 firm in London, and they're currently in search of a highly experienced Legal Fiance Biller to join the team ASAP.Key Requirements of Legal Finance Biller:•Preparing and sending client bills • Liaising with fee earners to ensure clients are billed in a timely manner • Monitoring client balances and where required, following up with clients to ensure bills are paid • Chasing clients where amounts are outstanding • Providing support to the Finance Manager, where required • Providing support to the Legal Cashier, where required• Supporting improvement initiatives, including billing process improvement and automation • Additional transactional Finance processing dutiesThe Candidate:• A strong degree level education from a good university desirable • Experience legal billing (1+ years experience)• Highly organised and with attention to detail • Intermediate data skills using Excel • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships across the firm • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Positive, curious, creative, and open-minded • Tenacious and thrives under pressureIn return for your expertise and commitment, my client offers an attractive remuneration package and the opportunity to work with a renowned Legal 500 firm in the heart of London.
