JOB ROLE: Legal Experienced Personal Assistant

HOURS: Monday - Friday 8:30am - 5:30pm

SALARY: £15 - £16 per hour (DOE)

DURATION: Ongoing - highly likely to be temp to perm

LOCATION: Brighton

What You'll Do:As a Legal PA, you will be at the heart of our clients operations, supporting the Managing partner helping to keep everything running smoothly. Your responsibilities will include:

• Administrative Support: Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and organise meetings. Prepare and format legal documents, correspondence, and reports with precision.
• Document Management: Maintain an organised filing system for legal documents, both physical and electronic. Assist in the preparation of case files and ensure all relevant materials are readily accessible.
• Client Liaison: Serve as the first point of contact for clients and visitors, greeting them with a warm and professional demeanour. Handle inquiries and direct them to the appropriate personnel.

• Reception Duties:Answer incoming calls, manage the reception area, and ensure a welcoming atmosphere for clients and guests. Handle mail and deliveries efficiently.

• Team Collaboration: Working closely with other members of staff to ensure deadlines are met and projects are completed efficiently.

What We're Looking For:

• Experience:Previous experience as a Legal PA or in a similar administrative role within a legal environment is essential.

• organisational Skills: Exceptional time management abilities with a keen eye for detail.
• Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills; you should be comfortable engaging with clients and colleagues alike.
• Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and legal software; familiarity with document management systems is a plus!
• Positive Attitude: A cheerful disposition and a proactive approach to problem-solving will set you apart!
