Legal Executive Search Experience

Basic salary £40,000 - £60,000

commission structure starting at 20% rising to 50% and no threshold.

Your responsibilities as a Legal Executve Search Consutant

• Headhunting and identifying suitable candidates for current retained assignments.
• Building a network in the Private Practice space
• Qualifying and shortlisting candidates through in-depth interviews
• Harnessing social media & job boards to identify talent
• Increasing our candidate pools through referrals and executive searching
• Generating leads and market information
• Managing processes from start to completion
