Executive Legal PA | Private Practice |Hybrid Working

Are you an experienced PA with Legal experience looking for your next challenge in a prestigious legal private practice environment? We are seeking a seasoned professional to provide exceptional support to our client fat their Nottingham offices.

Key responsibilities of the role will include:

• Managing the fee earners' inbox in an efficient and proactive manner
• Coordinating both internal and external meetings; booking rooms and facilities, liaising with attendees, and preparing and collating agendas
• National and international travel management including arranging hotels, flights and transfers
• Overseeing document drafting, production and management
• File production and management; archiving, opening and closing files, and overseeing document drafting and production
• Providing general administrative support to the fee earners, and supporting projects on an ad-hoc basis when required, for example managing bundles and assisting during team events
• Supporting with any marketing and client entertaining

The client seeks a candidate who has:

• Proven experience as a Legal PA within private practice or in-house legal teams ideally in property.
• Strong stakeholder management and client service skills
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft applications including Outlook, Teams, and Copilot

Please note: This role requires established Legal PA experience. The client are not seeking law graduates or entry-level candidates.
