An international Financial Services company with a broad client base is seeking a Legal Entity Controller to join its finance team. Operating across multiple regions, the company is undergoing continued growth through both organic expansion and acquisitions.

In this role, you will play a key part in the financial control function, ensuring the accuracy and integrity of entity-level financial data within a complex regulatory environment. This is a valuable opportunity to contribute to financial reporting processes, enhance internal controls, and support the integration of business activities across different jurisdictions.

• Prepare statutory financial statements across various accounting frameworks
• Conduct monthly reviews of entity-level financial performance, inc profit and loss and balance sheet analysis.
• Oversee month-end close activities and ensure timely reporting to group-level stakeholders
• Support the preparation and review of internal management reporting and transfer pricing calculations
• Reconcile balance sheet accounts
• Coordinate with external auditors to manage audit processes and deadlines
• Drive improvements in reporting processes and internal financial controls
• Assist with the integration of newly acquired entities into existing reporting structures
• Contribute to building and maintaining a strong control environment

The successful candidate will have experience preparing financial statements, a background in consolidated or group reporting, and a demonstrated ability to improve finance processes.
