This full-time, permanent position offers an excellent package including a salary of up to £110,000 (depending on experience), hybrid and flexible working options, 28 days annual leave plus bank holidays and much more!

About the Role

This role is ideal for an existing Legal Director or Partner who is considering a new opportunity or a Senior Associate with extensive Real Estate/Commercial Property experience and ideally a following. You will be joining an incredibly successful team as the department and firm as a whole continues to expand. You’ll be working with national and regional clients, developers and individual investors. You will play a key role in delivering tailored solutions, building long-term client relationships, and contributing to the continued growth of the firm’s commercial property team in Manchester. Your caseload will include the following matters:

• Mergers and acquisitions
• Disposals
• Leases
• Finance and investment
• Planning
• Construction
• Electric Vehicle Infrastructure
• Licensing
• Contract drafting and negotiation
• Landlord and tenant issues
• Rent recovery
• Disputes and litigation
