Legal CounselBedfordshireUp to £82,000 DOE   Pleased to be working with a leading Consumer business who are searching for a Legal Counsel (3+ PQE) to tackle a broad range of Commercial and Corporate Law responsibilities. This role will suit a candidate who has general commercial contracts experience, with previous experience of providing support on Corporate transactions (but not essential)The successful candidate will be joining a well-established legal team, reporting to the Head of Legal and dealing with the following duties on a regular basis;

• Provide pragmatic and commercial legal advice to the business whilst keeping updated with changes in relevant law.
• Draft, negotiate and provide input into major value contracts for the group business, including leasing, logistics, manufacturing, heavy machinery 
• Support on transactional Corporate matters
• To liaise with the business units to manage workload and expectations including Facilities, Procurement, Fleet
