My client is seeking a client Cashier to provide high-quality cashiering functions within their firm. This role requires responsiveness to the changing needs and priorities of the department. The successful candidate will be part of a team of three client cashiers and will be supervised by the Cashiers Team Leaders.
Day-to-day of the role:
- Allocating and posting all client funds receipts received via online banking, primarily through RBS Bankline.
- Client to client transfers
- Payments out of all client funds- via old banking and cheque payments
- Interest calculations
- Foreign currency transactions via online banking
- Ad hoc queries
- Processing client to office transfers for bills settlements
- Liaise with our bank
- Dealing with the opening, closing and maintaining of joint accounts
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Solid legal cashiering experience.
- Strong knowledge of the SRA Rules.
- Excellent IT skills, with CMS/Aderant/Elite experience preferred.
- Exceptional attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Ability to effectively manage own workload and work as part of a team.
- Strong communication skills, capable of effectively interacting with people at all levels.
- Resilient and calm under pressure, with a personable and confident demeanour.

Working 3 days in the office and 2 from home
Working hours 9.30-5.30pm
