Legal Cashier - Bond Williams : Job Details

Legal Cashier required for a busy legal firm with offices in the BCP conurbation. This role is based out of their Poole office; the role is office based with onsite parking.What you will be doing:

• Preparing bank reconciliations for both office and client accounts
• Petty cash reconciliations
• Processing and banking of cheques
• Raising sales invoices
• Processing supplier invoices for payment
• Credit card reconciliations
• Setting up of BACS and CHAPS payments

What we are looking for:

• Team player
• Experience in Solicitors Accounts Rules - preferred
• Approachable manner with both internal and external stakeholders
• Flexible
• Attention to detail
• Ability to prioritise tasks in team environment
• Mentoring of junior apprentice staff - giving help support and guidance
