Legal Biller - Ashley Rees Associates : Job Details

A professional services organisation based in Cheltenham (offering hybrid working) is currently recruiting a Legal Biller to join their team.

Working for a well-established organisation with a presence across the south of England, this is an excellent opportunity for anyone looking to further their career within this field.

Duties will include:

• Prepare invoices in accordance with billing cycles
• Producing and preparing pre-bills within SLA timelines
• Attend billing meetings with Revenue Controllers
• Ensure bills are finalised and despatched promptly
• Raise credit notes where appropriate
• VAT calculations
• Writing off irrecoverable WIP where necessary

Previous experience of working in a finance team is essential, within a previous legal environment highly preferable.
