Paralegal - Commercial Property (Agricultural Law Focus)

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Paralegal to join our client with a specialist focus on agricultural law. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is dedicated, a team player, and has a genuine interest in law. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting a wide range of agricultural property transactions, gaining valuable experience in a specialist and rewarding field within a supportive and professional environment.

Day-to-day of the role:

• Drafting legal documents and correspondence.
• Managing Land Registry applications.
• Maintaining client files.
• Supporting financial elements of matters such as billing and distribution of funds.
• Contributing to the smooth running of the department.
• Communicating in a personable, professional, and organised manner with clients, colleagues, and other professionals.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of legal experience, ideally in a paralegal role (agricultural experience not essential).
• Experience managing own task lists, documents, and correspondence.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Positive, team-focused attitude and willingness to support others.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
