Legal Assistant - Conveyancing

London, NW11

£34,500 + Pension

If you are a Legal Assistant with Conveyancing experience then this successful firm of Solicitors could really do with your expertise.

Some of your duties will include:

- Assisting with the day to day management of residential conveyancing cases

- Liaising extensively with clients, other solicitors, lenders and estate agents

- Processing client requirements form instigation stage through to completion

- Taking instructions form clients and opening new client cases on computer system

- Completing property searches, land registry searches and property registrations

- Producing and submitting SDLT forms to the HM Customs and Revenue office
