Job Description :

Are you an experience Legal Administrator looking to work for a multi-disciplinary, global law firm? 

Our client are looking to expand their well-established and collaborative administrative team, which supports a group of approximately 10 Associates and Partners, while also contributing to the smooth day-to-day operations of the London office.

They’re seeking a highly organised and adaptable individual with excellent attention to detail and strong communication skills. This is initially a temporary position with the possibility of being made permanent in the future. 

Key Responsibilities

  • Organising and coordinating events, meetings, training sessions, webinars, and other initiatives.
  • Greeting visitors warmly, offering refreshments, and ensuring they are comfortably settled.
  • Managing meeting schedules and calendar appointments.
  • Monitoring and replenishing office supplies, including stationery, kitchen essentials, paper, toner, and beverage deliveries.
  • Supporting kitchen upkeep, including morning milk collection and maintaining refreshment availability.
  • Ensuring communal areas such as cupboards, storage rooms, and meeting spaces remain tidy and well-organised.
  • Handling incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries, including unpacking and distributing items.
  • Assisting the legal administration team with routine tasks such as photocopying, scanning, printing, and filing.
  • Supporting archiving activities and organising files or storage boxes as needed.
  • Providing assistance with time entry processes and general administrative tasks.
  • Facilitating new staff onboarding by preparing workstations, arranging supplies, and coordinating induction materials with IT.
  • Liaising with IT to help resolve basic technical or equipment issues.
  • Offering general support for office events, meetings, and ad-hoc tasks as required.

  • Excellent organisational skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Adaptable and flexible, with the ability to prioritise and respond to changing tasks throughout the day.
  • Proactive approach to routine responsibilities and a willingness to take initiative.
  • Effective communicator with a collaborative and team-oriented mindset.

This role 100% office based role with the potential work work on a hybrid basis in the future, Monday to Friday, 09.00am to 17.00pm.
