Office Angels Livingston are collaborating exclusively with a highly professional but extremely friendly legal firm who are actively recruiting for a Permanent Administration Assistant. The role is perfect for someone who has proven experience and is looking for a new challenge. Based in Dunfermline, Fife and salary up to £27,000 depending on experience. The role can be offered as either full time or part time depending on the successful candidates preference, core hours are Monday - Friday, 9am - 5pm and the role is fully office based.

Role Overview:You will work alongside a team of Legal Administrators/Paralegals and will play an essential role within the team to support and assist with full Administration support. Some tasks can be repetitive and high volume; therefore, you must have a positive "can do" attitude as all tasks both big or small are imperative in the successful running of the team. You will have excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office Packages, knowledge of Denova Legal Intelligence System would be an advantage as would experience working within a legal practice, however full training will be given.

Duties include:

* Reception duties including meeting and greeting all clients* Acting as a main point of contact and answering all incoming calls* Setting up and clearing meeting rooms and arranging refreshments* Processing incoming mail and outgoing mail, picking up and dropping off mail* Drafting letters, correspondence and dictation* Scanning Mail and saving to electronic files * Management of scanning, saving and storing legal documents* Management of stationery and other office supplies* Ad hoc Admin duties as and when requiredSkills and experience required:

* Previous proven experience working within a legal practice preferred but not essential* Positive and enthusiastic attitude towards work always* High attention to detail and organisational skills* Good knowledge of Microsoft Office packages and typing skills advantageous* Knowledge of Denova Legal Intelligence System an advantage but not essential* Ability to work as a team and on own initiative once full trained
