Leasing Manager - PMR : Job Details

We are currently seeking a Leasing Manager to aid in the efficient managment of our commercial property and the neighbouring mixed use property.

The Role:

• Act as main point of contact for Residential and Commerical letting agents.
• Take lead in marketing vacant units with strong focus on social media and digital engagement.
• Managing the sites office administration.
• Dealing with general tenant queries.
• Managing the team of leasing agents ensuring a top tier service is delivered.

Requirement:

• Confident in using computers and navigating various software platforms.
• Previous admin experience
• Strong multi tasker and the ability to prioritise under pressure.
• Knowledghe if the commerical letting process.

• Confident in using social media platforms for the purpose of marketing and engagement.
• Great customer service
• Organised, punctual and proactive in your approach.
• ability to manage a team.
