Looking for your next role in the exciting world of Build to Rent? My client are looking for a Lettings/Leasing Admin to join them as soon as possible on a temporary contract, the role will be ongoing however there could be future permanent opportunities.

This role plays a huge importance to the successful running of the residential building so you will be a integral part of the team. Working in a busy, customer oriented environment.

The role:

• General administration
• Viewings to new residents
• Responding to email and telephone enquiries
• Qualifying potential residents
• Assisting with check in and check out process

The person:

• Ideally experience working in BTR/Student accommodation
• Great customer service experience - including face to face
• Used to working in a busy environment managing multiple tasks
• Positive, can do attitude
