Milk Education, a specialist education supply agency, is currently recruiting dedicated and passionate Learning Support Assistants (LSAs) to work in primary schools across Newham. Whether you're an experienced LSA or just starting out, we want to hear from you!

We’re working with a range of inclusive and welcoming schools in Newham who are looking for LSAs to support pupils with:

• Special Educational Needs (SEN)

• Behavioural needs

• Academic interventions

• One-to-one or small group support

• Classroom-based assistance alongside the class teacher

• Experience working with children or young people (school-based or other settings)

• A patient, proactive and caring nature

• Good communication and teamwork skills

• An enhanced DBS on the update service (or be willing to apply for one)

• Availability for immediate or upcoming work

• Excellent daily pay rates (£85–£100+ per day depending on experience)

• Flexible supply work or long-term placements

• Supportive consultants who truly understand education

• Opportunities to gain experience in a variety of schools
